Terms & Conditions for The Competition
All winners will be notified by 6pm PCT June 30th, 2011. Entries close June 20th 2011, 6pm PCT. This is a game of chance. All offers are final, and are for airlines, locations and dates of our choosing. However we will endeavor to be as flexible as possible to suit your needs. If you cannot make the dates of the trip, or are not comfortable or responsible traveling to the destinations that we have selected, you forfeit any claim on the tickets and they will be offered to another person. By taking the tickets you agree to research a number of specific transformational experiences - at your own cost and risk - and send us a written report within the template we provide. We will not expect you to undertake more than two experiences per country, and 10 in total. By entering the competition you agree not to hold The Ultimate Trip or its associated companies responsible in any way for any experiences on your journey, before or after. We reserve the right to change or alter the terms of the competition at any time, including to withdraw the prizes completely. All entrants must be over 18, speak and write fluent english, and be of sound body and mind. We will contact you by email twice in total. If we do not hear back from you within 7 days of the second email you will forfeit any claim on the prize. No purchase in necessary. Any additional incidental charges such as taxis, trains, buses, car hire, hotels, equipment, meals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls will be at the prize recipient’s expense. The Ultimate Trip will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, consequential or indirect loss), cost or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (whether or not due to the negligence of any person) in connection with entering this promotion or using the prize. Prizes are non negotiable, non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash nor can they be exchanged. If a winner does not take a part of the prize at the time set by The Ultimate Trip, the winner will forfeit that part. The Ultimate Trip accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value. The prize will be sent via standard post within 10 days from the date the winner is notified and The Ultimate Trip will not be responsible for lost or delayed tickets. The prize must be redeemed within the validity period set by the airline or ourselves or the prize will be forfeited. The prize is subject to availability and accommodation is not available over restricted travel dates. The Ultimate Trip may cancel, suspend or vary the competition if for any reason it is not capable of being conducted as planned. The Ultimate Trip reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion and future marketing.By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that The Ultimate Trip may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, for the purpose of this promotion.
